DESCRIPTION:You are invited to participate in the 14th annual Agriculture & Natural Resources Career & Job Fair on Thursday\, November 13th\, 2025\, at 8:30-11:30 am at the Leesport Farmer’s Market (312 Gernants Church Rd\, Leesport\, PA 19533).  \nAgriculture today has a diverse workforce– only 10% of people who work in agriculture are farmers! The other 90% work in supporting fields such as biotechnology\, robotics\, engineering and mechanics\, business management\, economics and finance\, education and research\, forestry\, lumber and wood products\, agronomy\, animal production\, entomology\, veterinary science\, food production and packaging\, landscaping\, and conservation and natural resources.  This event is for everyone\, including students who know they want a career in agriculture\, students still searching for a career path\, and educators interested in finding out all of the careers that these fields have to offer. There will also be opportunities for internships and job shadowing\, along with open job listings.   \nWe welcome you to be inspired by exciting career opportunities in agriculture and natural resources with exhibitors from businesses\, government agencies\, and universities. You will have the ability to speak with approximately 40 exhibitors who will share their knowledge and enthusiasm for agriculture and its many related industries  \nWe encourage students to attend individually or in a group. There is no cost to attend\, and there will be refreshments and participation prizes as well. We do request online pre-registration\, and anyone registering before November 1\, 2025\, will be entered into an additional drawing.
