DESCRIPTION:Rodale Institute is pairing up with yoga instructor Elizabeth Kawa to offer an event designed to soothe mind\, body\, and soul and promote healing through nature. Attendees will partake in a 75-minute beginner yoga class\, modified to accommodate various levels of ability and a restorative 30-minute meditation session. \nParticipants should bring a yoga mat and a reusable drinking container. \nPlease note that this is a rain-or-shine event that will take place outside in ideal weather or light rain; in case of hard rain\, the event may be canceled. \nCost: $12/person.
