DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE IN-PERSON WORKSHOP \nStrengthen your food safety expertise with this one-day ServSafe® Review and Exam\, designed for individuals renewing their ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification. Participants will revisit essential food safety principles through a focused review session before completing the certification exam. First-time examinees are encouraged to prepare by enrolling in one of our full ServSafe® workshops to ensure readiness and success. \nWHEN \nApril 17\, 2026\n(8:00 AM-12:00 PM) \nWHERE \nFarm and Home Center\, Basement Training Room\n1383 Arcadia Rd.\nLancaster\, PA 17601\nRegister By: April 3\, 2026\nSee event fee details. \nAfter registering\, participants will receive access to Penn State Extension study materials. Participants are encouraged to review the ServSafe® Manager textbook before the review session and to allow at least one week of study prior to attending the class and exam. The ServSafe® Manager textbook can be purchased directly from the National Restaurant Association. Purchasing the textbook is optional but recommended if you do not already own one. If you have an older edition\, it is not necessary to buy the new version; please visit servsafe.com/managerupdates to review the document with updates. \nUpon successful completion of the exam with a score of 70 percent or higher\, participants will receive the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certificate\, which meets the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Food Employee Certification Act. The requirements for Certified Food Protection Managers under this Act will be changing; however\, until those changes are implemented\, the current standards remain in effect.
