We’ll begin with a seated presentation\, where Hue will share his knowledge and experience with dairy cattle. Then\, we’ll have the opportunity to observe John Ebersols’ herd of 100% grass-fed cows. Come with questions and be ready to gain real-life application skills.  \nHue Karreman is a pioneer of organic veterinary medicine and a writer of multiple books on organic\, natural\, and sustainable dairy cattle practices. After spending the beginning of his career in the Lancaster and Chester County areas as a practicing vet\, he now farms in North Carolina at Reverence Farms. His dairy herd consists of 75 A2 jersey\, 100% grass-fed cows. He has a raw milk herd share\, as well as chickens\, pigs\, beef\, and sheep that are directly marketed to customers.
