DESCRIPTION:Cheese Appreciation: Milk to Mouth\nJoin us for a class at the cheese factory in Shoemakersville\, PA\, to gain knowledge about the history\, science and terroir of cheesemaking as Steve Dougherty\, the Cheesemaker and owner of the Farmstead Table\, advocates for the delicious and nutritious aspects of handcrafted cheeses. The Farmstead Table sources milk from “fantastic farms” focused on aspects of farming that benefit our health\, the animals’ well-being\, and a stronger\, more sustainable food system. \n\nCheese and other light refreshments (including wine and beer) will be served.\nOur shop and manufacturing facility will be the backdrop for the class. We’ll be sitting and standing in equal amounts. Please wear clean comfortable shoes.\n(Please no outside food.)\n\n$40 per person
