YOGA ON THE FARM
Rodale Institute is pairing up with yoga instructor Elizabeth Kawa to offer an event designed to soothe mind, body, and soul and promote healing through nature. Attendees will partake in a 75-minute beginner yoga class, modified to accommodate various levels of ability and a restorative 30-minute meditation session.
Participants should bring a yoga mat and a reusable drinking container.
Please note that this is a rain-or-shine event that will take place outside in ideal weather or light rain; in case of hard rain, the event may be canceled.
Cost: $12/person.
