About The Live Webinar
Learn how effective feedback can ease tension, inspire growth, and strengthen workplace performance in this no-cost session designed for leaders, managers, and team members alike. This webinar introduces a clear framework for offering meaningful feedback and helps you understand when, why, and how to deliver it with confidence. You’ll explore ways to transform challenging conversations into opportunities for development, whether you’re guiding new hires or coaching seasoned employees. An optional second hour provides added support through Q&A and real-world scenarios to help you refine your approach and ensure your feedback is constructive, timely, and productive.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
This event is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry through funding from the U.S. Department of Labor.
