ABOUT THE EVENTS

Join us as a sponsor or exhibitor at the 2025 Penn State Extension Crops Conferences and Crops Days! These educational programs, held at 12 in-person locations and virtually, will feature expert-led sessions on crop management, emerging technologies, and best practices in agriculture. All events offer pesticide applicators the opportunity to earn a minimum of 2 Core and 2 Category credits, with additional agronomic topics varying by location. These events provide valuable networking opportunities for participants and businesses alike.

Exhibitor Level

Registration deadline is 7 days prior to the event date.

In-Person Exhibitor: $200 per site, includes 1 display table and 2 meals.

This all-day event includes six tracks with breakout sessions focused on nutrient management, pesticide education, integrated pest management, forage crops, grain crops, and soil health and cover crops.
Equipment Add-On: $500 (Lebanon Crops Conference only)
This is an additional fee to reserve 200 square feet of space for exhibitors that wish to show equipment at the Lebanon Crops Conference. Registration deadline is January 27.
Virtual Exhibitor: $250 for the 2-day Virtual Conference.
Includes recognition in preconference slides and during breaks. A promotional video or PDF of your choice will be shared in an online folder accessible to all participants. Registration deadline is February 28.
