B – The second 45 mins will give you 10 ways to test your assumptions. For example; assuming that the technology works, that the customer loves it and is willing to pay what you need to make money.

Farmers, food processors, farmers’ markets, restaurants, retail and wholesale food entities, food trucks, and agritourism businesses will find it especially beneficial, but it is open to all entrepreneurs and business owners seeking to innovate and grow!
