About The Live Webinar
Take the guesswork out of HR compliance with this practical, plain-language session designed for business leaders. Develop a clear understanding of human resources best practices for policy creation, documentation, and reporting to help establish a compliant HR system. Gain guidance on classifying employees and contractors, avoiding errors, and managing recent regulatory updates. The session also covers ways to address emerging issues such as marijuana use, workplace drug policies, and immigration concerns. Walk away with the knowledge and confidence to strengthen compliance, protect your business, and prepare for the next session on smart hiring practices. An optional second hour offers real-world scenarios, discussion of practical applications, and a Q&A session for deeper engagement with the material.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
