AgWorks: Managing Conflict
December 11 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Conflict is an inevitable part of working with others, but how it is managed can make the difference between positive growth and negative outcomes for a business. This webinar will help you recognize the sources of conflict and develop strategies for handling them more effectively. An optional second hour offers a deeper dive into personal conflict styles, inter-generational differences, and strategies for working with difficult personalities. Participants will also gain hands-on practice in response techniques, including building trust and using I-messages, to strengthen their ability to turn conflict into an opportunity for collaboration.
