AgWorks: Managing for Trust
September 25 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Explore how trust serves as the cornerstone of effective, high-performing teams during the first hour of this webinar. Trust is the essential foundation for psychological safety, commitment, and collaboration. It directly influences team dynamics and organizational outcomes. This session will provide evidence-informed strategies to strengthen trust-based communication, build the competencies necessary to sustain trust, and deepen your understanding of what it means to be a trustworthy leader or team member. Participants will gain actionable insights for fostering collaboration through trust-centered strategic thinking and will reflect on how their behaviors and responses may unintentionally undermine team trust. An optional second hour will offer real-world scenarios, discussion of practical applications, and a Q&A session for deeper engagement with the material.
