ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Farming’s unique challenges can strain both body and mind. This stress management workshop will help you recognize and measure stress, understand its effects, and apply practical tools such as the ABC Model of Stress. Learn strategies to build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and foster mindfulness, acquiring techniques you can use immediately to improve overall well-being. An optional second hour offers the chance to share real-world experiences and exchange strategies for success.

This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
