ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Sharpen your ability to reach win–win outcomes in this interactive workshop on the art of negotiation. Participants will explore the fundamentals of negotiation, its role in decision-making, and the risks of ineffective approaches while gaining strategies to navigate workplace dynamics, build stronger relationships, and reduce conflicts. By understanding of diverse and cross-cultural negotiation styles, you will learn how to predict behaviors, engage more effectively with counterparts, and approach complex situations with confidence. An optional second hour offers the chance to share real-world experiences and exchange strategies for success.

This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
