About The Live Webinar
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for career growth, yet it can also be one of the most challenging to navigate. In this workshop, you will explore why feedback is essential to success and how to prepare for and make the most of formal and informal performance reviews. Gain strategies for managing emotional responses, responding constructively to criticism, and turning feedback into actionable growth opportunities. Learn what to do during and after a review to strengthen your skills, build stronger relationships, and showcase your commitment to improvement. By mastering the art of receiving feedback, you will position yourself as a proactive and resilient professional ready to excel. An optional second hour will offer real-world scenarios, discussion of practical applications, and a Q&A session for deeper engagement with the material.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
