About The Live Webinar
Discover what drives people to do their best work in “AgWorks: Unlocking Self-Motivation in Others.” During this engaging webinar, participants will explore the science of motivation to uncover what truly fuels engagement and performance. Learn how to apply key motivation theories to real-world leadership challenges and develop strategies to inspire action, overcome barriers, and create a workplace where people feel valued, capable, and committed. Whether you lead a team or seek to strengthen your own drive, this session will provide practical tools to spark lasting motivation and achieve meaningful results. An optional second hour will include real-world scenarios, applied examples, and a Q&A session for deeper engagement.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
