About The Live Webinar
Explore how applying simple, practical ergonomic principles can reduce the risk of injury and improve productivity in agricultural work. This webinar highlights the importance of ergonomics for farmers and introduces AgrAbility, a national program that supports farmers with disabilities or chronic health conditions through adaptive tools, education, and reliable resources. Whether you are a farmer, manager, or other agricultural professional, you will gain valuable insights to enhance health, safety, and efficiency on the farm. An optional second hour will allow participants to share examples and receive personalized feedback on improving the ergonomics of specific work tasks.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
This event is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry through funding from the U.S. Department of Labor.
