Is there a relationship between animal and udder health and the quality of milk that is produced? During Connecting Milk Quality with Udder and Animal Health, we will explore best practices and tools that can be applied for maintaining animal and udder health. We will look at the importance of monitoring and tracking milk quality indicators, including somatic cell count (SCC), and discuss how toxins and enzymes affect product quality.
