Corn Silage Management: Ensuring Quality for Farm Profitability
July 23, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

ABOUT THE IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
Join us for an engaging and informative workshop on producing high-quality corn silage. Corn silage is the “king” of forages for many reasons, including its high-energy content, good yields, relative consistency, and its ability to provide animals with a highly digestible and palatable feed. Our program combines insightful lectures with hands-on activities, covering best management practices. Topics include choosing the right corn varieties, using silage additives, managing silos, controlling pests, and utilizing tools to evaluate forage quality. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills in corn silage production!
