ABOUT THE IN-PERSON WORKSHOP

Cover crops provide valuable fill during fallow periods between other crops. While double-crop soybeans are an option, they are by no means your only choice! Join us for an insightful crop walk where we explore a variety of summer cover crop options. Learn from your peers and Extension experts as they share tips for diversifying crop rotations and maximizing your farm’s potential. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your knowledge and network with fellow farmers!

EVENT DETAILS

During this two-hour twilight crop walk, we will visit some demonstration plots to observe different species and mixes. Please dress according to the weather, and wear shoes suitable for walking and standing.
