Equine First Aid Workshop

ABOUT THE IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
Knowing basic first aid care for horses can benefit horse owners when dealing with equine emergencies. Horse owners familiar with first aid can assess the situation, provide general care as needed, and know if the situation requires the immediate attention of a veterinarian. Equine First Aid Workshop will give horse owners skills and hands-on practice in equine first aid, such as routine health monitoring and leg wrapping.

Horse owners who attend this workshop will be better prepared for equine emergencies, know how to provide general first aid to their horses, and better understand how to assess the severity of illnesses and injuries they may encounter with their horses.
