Hiring and Retention Series: Manager to Leader and Effective Communication in the Workplace focuses on identifying your preferred leadership style and improving your communication skills. This workshop will explore six leadership styles and explain when it is best to use each style. The workshop will also cover various ways to communicate in the workplace and when each method is most effective. Understanding how to lead and communicate your vision can help your team achieve your organization’s mission better.
