Managing Conflict and Providing Feedback is a segment of the Hiring and Retention webinar series. When working with others, no matter the relationship, there is going to be conflict. In the workplace, conflict can be both positive and negative for a business; it all depends on how it is dealt with and handled. Learn how to identify the sources of conflict and use a model for managing conflict more effectively and with fewer negative outcomes. Participants will also learn about strategies for giving feedback based on the employee actions and outcomes.
