Does using a pressure canner make you nervous? Do you have a pressure canner but aren’t sure how to use it? Join us for Home Food Preservation Can-Along: Pressure Canning Green Beans and follow a Penn State Extension Educator as they walk you step-by-step through the process of pressure canning green beans.

Upon submitting your registration, you will receive access to an informative, previously recorded lecture that will help ensure you are up-to-date on the latest research-based methods. Access to the lecture, as well as the ingredient and supply list for the can-along, will be provided in your registration confirmation email. The session is designed to encourage attendees to participate using their cameras and microphones, as desired, to better engage with the educator. Capacity for the session is limited to ensure an inclusive experience. Two hours have been reserved for the can-along; however, depending on the pace of the group, the session may have an earlier finish time. Plan to participate in the live webinar as this event will not be recorded for later distribution. Registration is required to receive the link to access the webinar.
