Join Ruth Benner and Elsa Sánchez as they discuss greenhouse fundamentals and hydroponic vegetable production basics. This presentation will explore the pros and cons of using greenhouses and high tunnels for crop production, describe various structures and site orientation, and discuss growing methods in soil or soilless substrates. Additionally, we will cover systems needed for irrigation, heating, cooling, and ventilation.
