High-quality milk is the foundation of every great dairy product. This webinar will explore why milk quality is essential to processing success and how it affects the final product. Topics will include the key factors that influence milk quality—such as herd health, milking practices, and storage—as well as important testing methods like somatic cell and bacterial counts. Participants will also learn best practices for handling and storing milk to maintain its quality from cow to creamery.
