Recognizing and Avoiding Landscape Problems and Mistakes
February 11 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Explore practical solutions to common landscaping challenges in our three-part webinar series, tailored for homeowner associations, property managers, grounds maintenance staff, neighborhood groups, and municipalities. This series delves into the consequences of improper planting and maintenance practices—such as planting too deeply, neglecting burlap and twine on B&B stock, or allowing girdling roots to form—and highlights corrective techniques like root collar excavation, air spading, and girdling root removal. The second session emphasizes best practices for contracting and specifications, along with tips for selecting qualified landscape and tree care professionals. Concluding the series, the final webinar shifts focus to sustainable turf management strategies, spotlighting ways to reduce chemical inputs.
