Spring Orchard Meeting
May 7 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Spring Orchard Meetings are held in orchards across the state, providing growers with an opportunity to visit other commercial tree fruit operations, learn from Penn State Extension specialists who are experts in their program areas, and discuss current tree fruit issues with other growers at a critical time of the growing season. A minimum of three (3) Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator license recertification credits will be available at each in-person meeting. While this meeting is open to the public and non-commercial growers or hobbyists are welcome to attend, discussions will be entirely of a professional and technical nature and may not be directly applicable to non-commercial growers or homeowners managing individual or small numbers of trees.
