Some of these items include, but are not limited to, the following: Federal, State, and Local laws, policies, and ordinances; Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety considerations; Animal handling and welfare concerns; Effective stunning techniques and sanitary dressing procedures; as well as an interactive question and answer session.
