ABOUT THE WEBINAR
In 2023, Penn State Extension worked with the United States Department of Agriculture Ag Marketing Service to create a tool to collect pricing data from farmers market vendors in the categories of fruit and vegetable, meat, and dairy products during the 2023 market season from June through September. The project collected price data weekly from 12 markets in 6 regions of Pennsylvania. We will discuss our findings from this data and how market vendors can use this information to assist with pricing their products.
