November 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
ABOUT THE LIVE WEBINAR
Explore how trust can transform your team into a high-performing unit. Trust is the foundation for creating an environment of safety, commitment, and collaboration, but it can easily be compromised. In this session, you’ll learn to identify communication behaviors that erode trust, gain practical strategies for building and maintaining trust, and understand the key elements of being a trustworthy leader. You’ll also discover how trust-based strategic thinking can elevate team collaboration and get actionable tips on addressing team challenges with empathy and appreciation.
